Refunds and Return Policies

 

If you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase once you have received the order you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumers Contracts Regulations. 

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

You then have 14 days to return the product. Once we have received the product a full refund, including any postage, will be credited to the payment card account within 14 days. 

(Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable or cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that may incur during the refund process.)
